Delete your account

In the app
- Open Dustly and tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type the word shown to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by reply and delete it within [7] days.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, sign-in methods and devices.
- Everything you did: ticked-off tasks, routines, rota turns, availability, swaps, photos you added and feedback you sent.
- Homes you share pass to the longest-standing adult in them. A home with nobody else in it is deleted with everything in it.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups are overwritten within [7] days.
- Crash reports, which aren't linked to your account, are kept for [90] days.
- Anonymous usage statistics, if you allowed them, aren't linked to your account.
A parent or carer can ask us to delete a child's data the same way. More in our privacy policy.
